We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Myykitsch. If for any reason you are not happy, you have up to 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Return window: You must initiate your return within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
Condition of returned items: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging (including any tags, accessories, or protective materials). We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, use, or damage caused by the customer.
Non‑returnable items: We do not accept returns on final sale items, gift cards, or personal care products that have been opened (for hygiene reasons). If we run a clearance or flash sale that explicitly states “final sale”, those items are not returnable.
How to initiate a return: To start a return, please email us at info@myykitsch.it.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will respond within one business day with instructions on where to send your package. Please do not send items back without first receiving our confirmation – we cannot guarantee that we will be able to process a return sent without prior approval.
Return shipping costs:
- For returns due to quality issues (defective, damaged upon arrival, or wrong item sent) – we will cover the return shipping cost. We will provide you with a prepaid return label, or reimburse you for reasonable shipping costs if you use your own method (with prior approval).
- For returns due to a change of mind, size issues, or any other non‑quality reason – the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. We do not charge a restocking fee, but you will need to pay for the postage to send the item back to us.
Refund processing time: Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify that they meet our conditions, we will approve the refund within 10 business days. After approval, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges: Since we offer free shipping on all orders, there are no shipping fees to deduct. If you paid for any expedited shipping (which we do not currently offer), that would not be refundable – but that is not applicable under our current free‑shipping model.
Damaged or incorrect items (re‑iterated): If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please follow the procedure in our Shipping Policy – contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will treat that as a quality issue and cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
Refund method: Refunds are issued to the same credit card, debit card, or PayPal account that was used for the original purchase. We cannot issue refunds to a different method.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the conditions stated above, or if we suspect abuse of our return policy.
