Q: Do you ship outside the United States?
A: No, we currently only ship to addresses in the continental U.S. (the 48 states). We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, or anywhere outside the country.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping is always free. There are no minimum order requirements – every order gets free shipping.

Q: How long does it take to process and deliver my order?
A: We process orders within 1–2 business days. After that, transit time is 3–5 business days. So in total, you can expect your package in about 4–7 business days from the time you place your order, depending on your location and carrier performance.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal.

Q: Are taxes added at checkout?
A: No, all prices on our site include any applicable taxes. You will not see extra tax charges during checkout.

Q: What is your return window?
A: You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. The item must be unused and in original packaging.

Q: Do you charge a restocking fee?
A: No, we do not charge any restocking fees.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: If you are returning because of a defect, damage upon arrival, or because we sent the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping cost (we’ll provide a prepaid label or reimburse you). If you are returning for any other reason (like a change of mind), you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Q: How long does a refund take?
A: Once we receive and approve your return, we process the refund within 10 business days. After that, your bank or credit card company may take another 7–10 business days to reflect the credit. So please allow up to 20 business days in total for the full process.

Q: Can I cancel my order after placing it?
A: We try to accommodate cancellation requests if we haven’t started processing or shipping. But because we move fast, we cannot guarantee a cancellation. If the order already shipped, you’ll need to return it following our returns policy.

Q: What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
A: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will take care of it – we’ll either replace the item or give you a full refund, and we’ll cover return shipping.

Q: Are you affiliated with other similar brands?
A: No. We are an entirely independent brand. We are not connected to any other company with a similar name or style. We are just Myykitsch – plain and simple.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
A: If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible. We’ll try to update it before the order is packed. However, once it’s shipped, we cannot change the address, and you may be responsible for any re‑shipment fees if the package is returned to us.
