At Myykitsch, we want your checkout process to be smooth and secure. Here is everything you need to know about payment.
Accepted payment methods: We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. We do not accept American Express, Discover, or other alternative payment services at this time.
Authorization holds: When you place an order, we may place a temporary authorization hold on your card for the total amount of the purchase. This is a standard practice to ensure that funds are available. The hold will be removed either when the order is fully processed or, in the case of a cancellation, within a few days (depending on your bank’s policy).
Final charge: Your card will be charged only when we confirm the order and begin processing it for shipment – this usually happens within one business day of placing the order. We do not charge you immediately at checkout; we wait until the items are packed or assigned to a carrier.
Pricing and taxes: All product prices displayed on our website are inclusive of any applicable taxes. We do not add any extra tax at checkout for orders shipped within the continental United States. The price you see is the price you pay. Shipping is always free, as noted in our Shipping Policy.
Currency: All transactions are processed in U.S. dollars (USD). If you use a credit card with a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply a conversion fee – that fee is your responsibility and not related to Myykitsch.
Order confirmation: After you complete your payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with all the details of your purchase. Please keep that email for your records. If you do not receive the confirmation within an hour, check your spam folder, and then contact us to verify that your order was successfully placed.
Fraud prevention: To protect both you and us from fraudulent activity, we may perform a routine verification check on certain orders. This may include requesting additional information or contacting you to confirm your identity. If we suspect fraud, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify the payment provider. We take your security seriously, and we never store your full credit card information on our own servers – all payment data is handled by our secure payment gateway (Stripe/PayPal).
Declined payments: If your payment is declined, we will not be able to process your order. Please contact your bank or card issuer to resolve the issue, and then try again. We cannot manually override a declined transaction.
