Shipping Policy

Myykitsch ships to addresses within the continental United States (the 48 contiguous states) only. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. This policy is firm, so please ensure your shipping address is within our service area before placing an order.

Shipping costs: We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. There are no hidden handling fees or surcharges – the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay for shipping.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Our order cut‑off time is 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders placed after this cut‑off will be processed on the next business day.

Transit time after shipment: Once your order leaves our facility, you can expect delivery within 3–5 business days. This is an estimate provided by our carriers, and actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and weather conditions.

Carriers: We ship using a mix of trusted carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and regional last‑mile delivery services. The carrier is chosen at our discretion based on your destination, package weight, and volume – we do not offer carrier selection at checkout.

Tracking: As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use that number to monitor your package’s progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to appear in the carrier’s system.

Address accuracy: You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by you, we will contact you to arrange re‑shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for the second attempt. If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, contact us immediately – we will do our best to correct it before the order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes after processing begins.

Order cancellation before shipment: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to stop the order if it hasn’t been packed or handed over to the carrier. However, because we process orders quickly, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request will be successful. If the order has already shipped, you will need to follow our returns procedure (see our Returns & Refund Policy).

Order cancellation after shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may return the item(s) in accordance with our returns policy, provided they meet the eligibility criteria.

Damaged or incorrect items: We take great care in packing, but sometimes packages get rough handling in transit. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and include clear photos of the damage or the incorrect item along with your order number. We will review the case and work with you to resolve it – typically by sending a replacement or issuing a refund, depending on stock availability. Delays beyond 48 hours may limit our ability to assist you, as we cannot verify the condition at the time of delivery.

Delivery delays: While we strive to meet our stated transit times, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen events. If your package is taking longer than expected, check the tracking information first, and then contact us if you still have concerns – we will do our best to help track it down.
